“Dream villa!”
The entire staff was wonderful. Discret always there when needed. The chef was excellent. The house is in a quiet location with beautiful view, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

“A modern, clean and luxurious villa!”
We were extremely impressed with this beautiful beach front villa and even more so the villa staff. Located on a quiet tropical beach. Delicious fresh foods prepared daily by the in-house chef. This experience surpassed our expectations, we look forward to returning later this year

“Fantastic villa but even better staff!”
The villa itself was very beautiful and easy to use. All bedrooms nice and clean and with good aircon and the location is great - right on the beach (really nice beach) and next to a funky little restaurant as well. Just across the road there is a convenience store too if you need to pick anything up. What made the stay so special though was the staff in the villa. As usual they were very friendly and helpful, but they went way above and beyond. The food they made was excellent and always had something perfect for the kids too. They recommended great places to go, followed up when our pickup was late, fixed a pair of broken sandals... everything! Definitely recommended.

“Okay so we loved everything at this villa.”
Stayed there recently with a big group as it was a family holiday, and of everything these were the things we especially can't forget: The beach, Lipa Noi, is amazing and so underrated. Went here with my 5 year old cousins and it was perfect for little kids. The design is modern yet tropical. 🌴 The pool was of a good size and again my younger cousins loved it. The staff! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. attentive without smothering us. Would love to come back here and to Koh Samui soon!

“To sum it all up, absolutely perfect!”
A group of girlfriends and I stayed at Baan Chao Lay in October 2018, and what a treat it was! First of all, we managed to get a sweet deal from the management company, Luxury Villas & Homes, which was perfect. Second of all, Mike (their pre-arrival point of contact) was able to help us sort out all our arrangements and get all of the groceries we requested for (they even were able to source for gluten free options!). Upon arrival, we were greeted by Khun Mai (the villa manager) who was an absolute gem and took care of us the entire stay. We had a blast playing music by the pool and kayaking in the ocean just in front of the villa. In the evenings, we even had the option to walk next door to the cafe which even had a live music band there.
